Hi Kate. I can't find a way to attach the checklist to the blog, so I pasted it below. If you want the Word document, send me your email and I'll get it to you.

Have fun at your party! Natalie and I hosted our party a week ago.
Valentine Card Party Prep

Invitations: I include a request in the invites for guests bring their own scissors (labeled with their name) and scrapbooking adhesive (tape, glue, glue dots).

CRAFT STATIONS:

1)	Paper & Cutting Table
•	Decorative scrapbook papers, colored cardstock, large paper cutters (2-3)
o	I have started buying the 180- and 240-sheet pads of paper, as they offer many coordinating paper options
•	Trash can
•	Scrap basket – as guests cut the paper for their cards, there is a lot of scrap paper that accumulates. I have a very large rectangle basket that I put under this table (or to side) for paper scraps

2)	Embellishments Table
•	Where guests find decorative items to embellish their cards. I have the items in baskets or wire containers:
o	Rhinestones & stickers
o	Buttons
o	Ribbon (1 basket for spools of ribbon; 2nd basket for scrap ribbon)
•	I attach a pair of scissors using ribbon to the table or one of the ribbon baskets, so guests can cut the ribbon at the table)
o	Decorative scissors
o	Craft punches – hearts, circles, scalloped circles, etc.
o	Pre-stamped Valentine greetings (optional)
•	For adults, I have had a rubber stamp table. For kids/teens, it’s easier to have pre-stamped greetings.

3)	Rubber Stamp Table (optional)
•	Plain white, ivory and black card stock
•	Rubber stamps with Valentine greetings, hearts, etc.
•	Ink pads & cleaner

4)	Card stock & Envelopes
•	I have a basket of cards and envelopes that I usually place on the embellishment table. I found that it’s easier to let guests get the right number and color of envelopes at the end of the party.

GUEST TABLES:
•	Plastic or disposable table cloths. For the tables with the younger guests, I always use disposable cloths, as they get covered with glue.
•	Trash cans – I use brown lunch bags and tape them to the sides of the table (on the plastic cloths) – every other place setting. It makes it easy for guests to dispose of scraps and trash.
•	2-3 blank cards or pre-folded card stock at each place setting
o	I plan for 8-10 cards per guest
•	For every 4 place settings, I place a small basket with glue, stickers, rhinestones, and 2-3 spools of ribbon (red, pink, black or valentine-specific)
•	It’s important to leave enough space at each place setting for guests to be able to craft.
